Join Violet for a special Full Moon gathering to help powerfully release what your spirit, body, and energy are ready to let go of.This intimate circle blends grounded ritual, somatic practices, and restorative sound healing to support clearing, illumination, and integration.
What You’ll Experience
We’ll begin by settling into the space with yoga mats, cushions, and blankets provided. We’ll open with a brief group connection and together build a crystal grid to anchor our intentions for release during this lunar phase.
We’ll then explore gentle stretching and guided somatic movement to help the body soften, unwind, and open. This active portion supports emotional and energetic release through movement and breath, helping create space for clarity and renewal. All movements are guided with options to stay within your own comfort level.
After the release work, you’ll be invited to rest deeply for an intentional sound bath. Crystal singing bowls, soothing tones, and gentle energetic support will help integrate the work you’ve done and harmonize your system with the Full Moon’s clearing energy.
Light snacks, herbal tea, and optional journaling time will be available at the end to help you ground before transitioning back into your evening.
