◑ FAQ ◑

Q. Can I buy tickets at the event?
A. Tickets only available when online sales don't sell out. Better to save your spot online.

Q. With the foam machine, will we get wet?
A. If you're close to the machine you might. Bring changes if you really want to be dry. There are limited coin lockers in the venue as well.

Q. Will the glow paint leave stain?
A. It washes off easily from body and face and most likely on clothes as well if washed within 1-2 days.

Q. Can I take the bucket with me?
A. No you can not, and it will be considered as a theft if you take it out of the fence.

Q. Is there age limit?
A. You need to be over 19 years old.

CANCELLATION POLICY
*Cancellations/Changes made 48 hours before the “Event Date (not the time)” will incur 50% of the ticket price as a cancellation fee.
*Cancellations/Changes made 48 hours within the “Event Date (not the time)” will result in 100% forfeiture.
*All changes/refunds might cause transaction fees which would be deducted from the final amount.
