Full Moon OM chanting circle

When the Moon is full, there’s extra shakti in the air, extra energy. Any spiritual practice done on the full moon is additionally blessed by the Divine Mother.

OM chanting is a simple yet profound group meditation based on the vibration of the sound OM. OM is considered the primordial sound, a vibration that brings the body, breath, and mind to natural alignment.

When chanted together in a group, OM becomes more than a sound, it becomes a shared field of presence. The rhythm of collective chanting naturally slows the breath, quiets mental noise, and brings the nervous system into a state of balance.

During OM Chanting, we sit together in stillness and chant OM continuously for an extended period of time. The repetition allows the mind to soften and the body to relax, while the sound resonates through the chest, throat, and head. Many people experience a sense of grounding, clarity, and inner spaciousness, even without any prior meditation experience.

This is a free community gathering, open to everyone. No experience needed.
