Both Full Moon and New Moon Sessions are uniquely different and created to support you and your experiences. We look inside, notice our reflections and what we create (what we would change or what we acknowledge and honor), are brave as we stretch our self-awareness and remember to celebrate our achievements and our lives.
Each Full-Moon session will follow the brightest of energy, utilizing the maximum light & vitality available to us so we can dive into our depths and find those parts of us requiring attention. We recognize the path we've traveled, acknowledge personal accomplishments and celebrate our achievements as we bring another cycle to completion. This is a perfect opportunity for self-healing work, releasing obstacles & outdated needs, and building your bank of experiences as you explore and map these deeper states within. Feel supported to possibly experience an emotional release through movement or sound.
These illuminated and driving sessions commence with a brief intro to Breathwork and Full-Moon musings based on the flavor of the type of moon we are working under. There will be an induction into 60-75 mins of high energy, conscious-connected breathing to a hand-crafted playlist with added percussion. Each session concludes with an integration process whereby each participant may offer one of the following: a reflection of their session, a stated blessing to the community, or a declaration that can support their movement forward.

About New Moon Sessions
Each Dark, or New Moon session includes a short intro to Breathwork, New-Moon musings, and lightly-guided facilitation to encourage getting super-aligned with what you want in your heart along with the gift of your intuition of what is appropriate for you. The session is about your life, how you show up and what you want to create, manifest or nurture. Feel supported and held as you attune to what is calling from within for change, expansion or letting go as we begin a fresh, new cycle.
New Moon breathwork is followed up or preceded by a short group Lucia Session to prime the intuition, open heart and non-ordinary state (not mandatory). As such, these sessions are SMALLER groups and each individual must have been previously calibrated (had a session) with the Lucia Light to join in the New Moon sessions
These powerful and sometimes, "quieter" sessions allow for more space to meet yourself with induction or integration with light and 60 mins of conscious connected breathing to a hand-crafted playlist and/or guided sound-supported journeys. Each participant may offer one of the following for final talking circle: a reflection of their session, a stated blessing to the community, or a specific intention(s) to focus on for future manifestation.

WHO ARE THESE SESSIONS FOR?
All who are interested in accessing deeper states of awareness and self-healing through the combined power of breath and music. All experience levels welcome! Perfect for beginners & those who want an additional opportunity to deep dive with breathwork. Our breathwork sessions will meet you where you are and provide a container to access your experience level.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Bring a mat/floor pad (we have regular yoga mats available to use for free and 3 and 4-inch mats that can be rented when reserved in advance), pillow, blanket, eye mask, water and journal. Bring whatever you need to be comfortable on the floor.
FIRST-TIME PARTICIPANTS
We have a first-time waiver/questionnaire for newbies to best determine if our sessions are appropriate for you and to answer questions you may have. When you sign up for your spot, you'll receive a link to go online and fill out the waiver. You can also email [email protected] or text 918-630-6790 and request a waiver/informed consent form along with your email address.
ADVANCED REGISTRATION REQUIRED We now require 48 hours sign up in advance. Sign up sooner for our smaller group size events.
