Full Moon Mindfulness Retreat

Join Lynda Strong and JeraiLyn Jones at Cedar Valley Retreat Center in West Bend, WI, for a day of Mindfulness Education and Guided Energy Clearing through this Meditation and Sound Retreat. We will harness the energy of the Full Moon during this incredible educational and healing experience!

Lynda Strong is a Trauma Recovery Coach, Intuitive Reiki Practitioner and a Certified Sound Healer. She guides groups and individuals through a variety of healing experiences, combined with education and intuitive guidance.

Jerailyn Jones has over 40 years of experience in the health and wellness field. As a teacher and trainer, she creates mind, body, and spirit programs anchored in a quantum perspective, integrating scientific research with spiritual insights."

You will experience relief in your mind and body as you unlock the power of awareness and transform perception into manifestation.

Harmonizing mind and heart through the healing tones of the sound bath allows the vibrations of the singing bowls, drums, chimes and more to bring you to a state of deep inner peace and relaxation.

You will be able to enjoy the land at Cedar Valley before or after you event. We encourage you to dress for the weather and take some time to walk the labyrinth, hike a trail, or commune with the llamas.
