Full Moon Meditation with Sound Bath
Join us for a calming full moon evening of release, reflection and renewal.
This nourishing session is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and create space for what you would like to invite into the month ahead. Through gentle breathwork, guided meditation, a letting-go ritual, manifestation journaling and a deeply relaxing sound bath, you will be supported to feel lighter, clearer and more aligned.
The full moon is a beautiful time to pause, reflect on what is no longer serving you and set meaningful intentions for the next chapter.
This session is suitable for all levels. No prior meditation or yoga experience is needed.

What to bring
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax easily. Bring a shawl or light jacket in case you feel cold during the sound bath. You may also bring a diary or journal and a pen for the manifestation and reflection exercise.
