During the meditation you will also be enveloped in a soothing sound bath featuring the harmonious tones of singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments. This immersive experience will help you melt away stress, tension, and negativity, allowing you to tune into your true essence.

In the spirit of the full moon, we will then transition into our Release Ceremony. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to engage in reflective journaling, where you can set your intentions for the coming lunar cycle and identify what you wish to let go of. This sacred act of writing will empower you to release old patterns and emotions that no longer serve your highest good.

Finally, with the group, we will perform a symbolic release, offering our intentions to the universe, allowing the energy of the full moon to transmute our burdens into light. Together, we’ll share in this beautiful ritual, creating a sense of community and support.

What to Bring:

- A yoga mat or blanket to lay on as well as one to cover your with and a pillow for comfort

- A journal and pen for your reflections will be provided
