Full Moon Meditation & Release

Join us for our monthly peaceful meditation meditation where we will slow down, take a break, a create space to gently let go of what no longer serves us with the full moon. Listen to the sounds of shamanic drumming as you recieve energy healing and chakra reset. Together we will spent time grounding, reflecting, and honoring the natural rhythym of pause and renewal that the full moon invites.

This Meditation and Reiki energy healing is designed to calm your nervous system, restore balance, and gently reconnect you to yourself. This circle is open to everyone, whether you are brand new to energy work or have been on your spiritual journey for years!

In our cozy, welcoming space, you’ll be held in a supportive community while you soften, release what you’ve been carrying, and allow your body to receive. Reiki and sound works subtly yet powerfully together to clear stagnant energy, promote emotional clarity, and support deep relaxation.

You don’t need to prepare anything except your presence. Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, lighter, and recharged!
