Preregister at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, you must text facilitator or studio to attend!Each Full-Moon session capitalizes on the celebration energy of this time. We recognize the path we've traveled, acknowledge personal accomplishments and celebrate our achievements (no matter how small) as we bring another cycle to completion and harvest. This is a perfect opportunity for self-healing work, releasing obstacles & outdated needs, seeding future success and building your bank of experiences as you explore and map these deeper states within. Feel supported to possibly experience an emotional release through movement or sound.
These illuminated and driving sessions commence with a brief breathwork Introduction if needed and Full-Moon musings based on the flavor or awareness of the day. There will be an induction into high energy, conscious-circular breathing to a hand-crafted playlist. Each session is themed and concludes with an integration process.

FIRST-TIME PARTICIPANTS
We have a first-time waiver/questionnaire for newbies to best determine if our sessions are appropriate for you and to answer questions you may have. When you sign up for your spot, you'll receive a link to go online and fill out the waiver. You can also email [email protected] or text 918-480-1050 and request a waiver/informed consent form along with your email address.
