A time to feel deeply and bring action to our emotions , as the Sun shines in Capricorn. We have a beautiful opportunity to balance the creative energies with the grounding energy of taking action. Let's flow through dynamic movements, breathwork, and meditation to align our chakras and elevate our spirits. No prior experience needed, just bring your yoga mat and an open heart. See you there!
