Join Sherri for a special evening of compassionate healing and restoration. The class begins with a guided meditation to facilitate the relaxation response in the body. Once students are in a state of complete relaxation, crystals will be placed on students as they receives the soft, peaceful, and grounding energy of Karuna Reiki. The experience will deepen as Tibetan and Quartz Crystal bowls are played to assist students in releasing energies that no longer serve them.
