🌊Create an inner oasis of healing through the sacred power and deep remembrance of water. Held by the silver light of Grandmother moon and the pulse of the ocean tide, we will create an invitation to move into the power and resilience of life in flow.
🌊Using breath, sound, movement and mudra, we will allow our practice to unite us into oneness with the ocean and the tides, bringing a deep sense of peace and unification with all.
🌊Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or towels, and make sure you have layers as the beach can get breezy.

Find us: Go the the beach path that is to the left as you come into the parking lot. Walk out to the beach and look for us.
