Guided Meditative Journey

This guided meditative journey invites you to align with the balancing energy of the Full Moon in Libra. This lunar phase illuminates themes of harmony, relationships, self reflection, and balance between the inner and outer worlds.
Through guided imagery, breath, and intentional awareness, you will be supported in releasing what no longer serves equilibrium in your life. This journey creates space to restore balance within the heart, the mind, and your energetic field, encouraging clarity, compassion, and inner alignment.
The Full Moon in Libra offers an opportunity to reflect on connections with self and others, to soften into peace, and to call in greater harmony. Step into this meditation to recalibrate, release, and realign with grace and intention.
ALL WEDNESDAY EVENTS ARE WALK-IN WELCOME
Guests are encouraged to come in comfortable clothing. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and/or blanket if you have one; we supply these items but are limited depending on event attendance. If you are a person who enjoys taking notes on your meditative experiences, we welcome you to bring a journal and writing utensil. There will be a time after the meditation, in which guests will be encouraged to recall and reflect on their encounters.
