Full Moon in Aries Sound Bath ✨
About this Event
The Full Moon offers an opportunity to pause, reflect on what has unfolded, and create space for what may be ready to be released. Aries brings an energy of courage, independence, and forward movement, inviting us to reconnect with what matters to us and consider where we're ready to take our next step. This can be a meaningful time to reflect on what may be holding you back and what you're ready to move toward.
We'll begin the sound bath with a gentle guided meditation and visualization, accompanied by soothing sounds, to help you settle into the present moment. As the meditation flows into a deeper state of rest, the sounds will expand into an immersive sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, a Tibetan singing bowl, tuning forks, an ocean drum, and a rain stick.
Take an evening for yourself to step away from the busyness of everyday life and simply slow down, breathe, and be present. Allow yourself to rest, listen, and reconnect as meditation, visualization, and sound come together to create a peaceful space where you can simply relax.
No prior experience is needed. Whether this is your first sound bath or you've attended many before, you're warmly welcome to join us. Come as you are, get comfortable, and give yourself permission to simply receive the experience.
What to Bring
Comfortable clothing is recommended to help you relax and fully enjoy the experience.
Yoga mats, blankets, and eye masks are provided but feel free to bring your own if you prefer something that feels more familiar to you.
A Gentle Request
To help create a peaceful experience for everyone, please arrive 10–15 minutes early so you have time to settle in and get comfortable. We'll start promptly at 6:00 PM. Once the experience begins, I’ll invite everyone to settle into the quiet and allow the meditation and sounds to guide you into the experience.
