Full Moon Imbolc MeditationA ceremonial gathering for grounding, renewal and intentional presence.
As we pass this seasonal threshold, the light slowly returns and the earth begins to stir. Around Imbolc, there is a natural invitation to pause, to listen inward, and to sense what is quietly preparing to emerge.
Under the light of the Full Moon, we gather to slow down, ground ourselves, and consciously connect with this moment in the cycle. This evening is a space to step out of daily momentum and into presence, allowing body, breath and awareness to come into harmony.
Through guided meditation, we gently ground into the body and connect with the loving support of Mother Earth. We open to release what feels ready to soften or complete, while inviting clarity, vitality and renewed direction for the cycle ahead.
We come together in unity, weaving our intentions into a shared field. Supported by the full moon, the living earth, and the presence of guides and nature spirits, this meditation offers a moment of connection that is both personal and shared, quiet and meaningful.
No previous meditation experience is needed. This gathering is open to anyone who feels called to come with sincerity and intention. You are welcome exactly as you are.
