Celebrate the Full Beaver Moon this November with a special beach yoga session that honors the themes of preparation, perseverance, and reflection.
This class will be led by Kendra, the well-known yoga teacher in the area for epic outdoor yoga classes.
The Beaver Moon, traditionally a time when beavers prepare for winter, symbolizes diligence, resourcefulness, and the importance of readying oneself for the future.
What to Bring: Please bring a large towel or sheet as yoga mats can get too messy on the beach.
Cost: Sliding payment scale of $10-$20 per person (pay what you feel is best to pay within the range) via cash, Venmo (@kendra-yates-5) , or Zelle (423-608-0928) at the class.
Where to Meet: Park in the right side of the parking lot on North Beach. Walk to the right as soon as your feet hit the sand on North Beach, Yoga with Kendra signs will be up so you see where we will be.
