One of my favourite self-care practices is journalling, so we've weaved it in, its such a simple yet powerful ways to slow down, connect to how were really feeling,and reflect. Putting pen to paper always helps release whats on your mind and makes space for fresh ideas and calm energy. To deepen our experience we've chosen a beautiful blend of essential oils to help us drop into the moment, grounding soothing scents to support us and i'll share more about the blends on the day, gentle yoga and relaxation and meditation. And because we love to spoil you all a little, each person will receive a goodie bag filled with thoughtful treats, to continue your self-care at home.
