Join us under the radiant energy of May’s second Full Moon, the Blue Moon for a 60 minute sacred meditation and sound bowl healing experience centered on expansion, clarity, and gentle renewal. As this rare lunar moment illuminates the sky, it invites you to open, soften, and step more fully into your own unfolding.During this guided shamanic meditation, we will call in the four directions and journey inward, releasing what no longer serves while awakening the energy of growth and authentic self-expression. Throughout the experience, you will be immersed in the soothing vibrations of sound bowl healing, allowing the frequencies to wash over your body, calm the mind, clear stagnant energy, and bring you into a deeply relaxed and restorative state.
This is a space to pause, reconnect, and align with the heightened energy of this uncommon moon, allowing yourself to be held, supported, and gently guided into your next phase of becoming.

Please bring: a yoga mat, blanket, eye covering, or anything that brings you comfort.
