Enso Sounds is the moniker of Dr. Arin Levy, director of the Resonance Room. Join Dr. Arin Levy of Enso Sounds & Healing Arts for an immersive gong meditation designed to cultivate stillness, deep listening, and presence. Surrounded by the resonant tones of up to 16 gongs, singing bowls, and other sound elements, you’ll be guided into a meditative state that supports nervous system regulation, reflection, and restoration.

This 90-minute experience unfolds gently through waves of live sound—gongs, crystal bowls, and resonant overtones.
Participants often experience:

Fee: $35 per person
Schedule: Monthly on the Sunday closest to the Full Moon
Arrival: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in before the session begins.
