No prior experience is necessary, making this event suitable for everyone seeking a respite from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or cushion for your comfort laying on the floor.
Please message me if you plan to bring zero gravity chairs so we can make sure we have plenty of room. Sleeping bags are also welcome!
