FREE Community Wellness Event. 18:30-20:30 ish. Length of time weather dependent (or leave when suits you). 🤗 Everyone welcome! We can all benefit from being outdoors enjoying nature.
🗺️ Meeting at the west beach. 🏝️
🧒 Kids welcome but not essential. You are responsible for the health & safety of your child at all times.
🌕 Take some time to enjoy the elements under the energy of March’s full moon, known as the Worm moon.

⚠️ Experienced dippers only at this time of year. You are responsible for your own health & safety at all times.
🚗 Car sharing encouraged. If you need a lift or can provide a pick up please let us know.
Kit list:
🧥 Weather appropriate clothing including plenty warm layers for after the water. We have changing robes to borrow. These are great for extra warmth whether you dip or don’t. Adults & kids sizes. Please book in advance.
🧘 Something to sit on.
👙Comfortable water wear (anything from a bikini, swimsuit, shorts & t-shirt, or wetsuit).
👟 Wet feet are advised as it is a stony beach.
👘 Towels & robes.
🥘 Something to eat. Marshmallows provided for the fire pit.
🥤 Hot drink (for after the water). Hot chocolate & herbal tea provided.
