Join us for a Sound Off experience with a magical moon collaboration of yoga, great food and a fire. Yogavibez and Our Harvest join together for a night not to be missed. Flow, then feast with the sounds of the surf sitting by the bonfire.Sybil & Dawn will guide you through a yoga practice for growth, renewal and regeneration representing the Buck Moon. A moon gathering is an age old tradition that dates back to a time when we lived by and honored the earth’s natural rhythms. Moon Salutations will help us connect with the energy of the ocean and each other as a group. Meet at 146th St. beach- parking on 146th, please bring a mat/towel and water or beverage of choice.
Exchange: $40 before 7/14, $45 after 7/15
