This immersion is your chance to set aside the external noise and access profound rest through the healing vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls, and other resonant instruments. This gentle, accessible practice guides the mind and body into a meditative state where deep rest is invited. The session offers a powerful opportunity to reconnect with your inner stillness and true self. This is an inclusive space; no prior experience is needed, and all respectful beings are welcome. Time & Punctuality: Doors open at 6:45 PM. The sound journey begins promptly at 7:00 PM. To ensure a tranquil environment for everyone, please plan to arrive early to comfortably settle in and maintain a shared sense of calm.
