Join Karen in a safe and intentional space beneath the energy of the full moon — a space where we can gently set down our shields and open our hearts.
This is a time to slow down, to reconnect with yourself, and to deepen bonds with like-minded women. The full moon invites reflection — an opportunity to release what no longer serves us and make room for clarity, peace, and renewal. Together, we will move through a nourishing evening of EFT, meditation, sound healing, and sharing, supporting release, rejuvenation, and rebirth. We’ll close with light snacks and heartfelt conversation, giving space to connect and integrate. Suggested items to bring: a yoga mat, yoga bolster/meditation pillow & bottle of water.
Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more deeply connected.

Location: 185 Brock Street N., Unit #102B, Whitby (brown building on the south east corner of Brock Street and Mary Street. Parking and entrance are located behind the building. Entrance to the parking lot is off of Mary Street.
Registration: All workshops must be paid in full at the time of registration. Please arrive promptly, classes start at the appointed time - doors may be locked for late arrivals.
Cancellation Policy: please note that cancellation is required no later than 72 hours prior to the workshop to receive a full reimbursement. Later cancellation may result in a 30% non-refundable fee.
