Full Moon Circle + Sound Bath

Event Details:

Join us at Grounded Heart Studio for an immersive evening of relaxation, reflection and cathartic releasing. We will open in circle with a grounding breathwork exercise, community altar creation, followed by oracle cards, journaling and affirmations.

Then, we will relax on our mats as Natalie leads a guided meditation harnessing the power of yet another Full Moon in Capricorn, while playing crystal sound bowls and chimes. Drift away into an altered state of consciousness as the healing frequencies of the singing bowls melt away your tension. Yoga mats, blankets & bolsters will be provided.

What to Bring:

**Please bring a water bottle & journal. Comfy clothes are recommended. Eye masks or small towel for eyes are optional. Slippers or socks recommended as we are a shoe free studio. Also a small, special item to add to our altar (ex: photo, crystal, jewelry, item from a loved one, etc.)

What to Expect:

A heart centered, inclusive + safe environment to show up as you are and feel supported in our community circle. Bring your curiosity to learn and willingness to meet new folks! Sound Baths are a beautiful way to enjoy communal energy, while also having your own unqiue relaxing experience. Sound baths can have a variety of benefits including: improved sleep, decreased anxiety and fatigue, balanced nervous system, lowered blood pressure, increased focus and deep relaxation. *Always consult your doctor regarding medical care. This is event is best suited for folks 18+

Arrival & Parking:

Doors open at 12:00pm! Please arrive early to settle in. To maximize your experience, we will start right at 12:15pm. We extended this event to be 1hr 45min, so that we have enough time to connect and share in our circle, before the sound bath begins!

Limited parking available on campus. Plenty of street parking on Oak St.
