Full Moon Circle: Pink Moon Edition

Join us on Thursday, April 10th, to celebrate the April Full Pink Moon in Libra! The evening will include a holistic practice of Reflection, Release, and Renewal through meditation, journaling, and a healing sound bath session.

Harness the full moon's energy and attributes for sustainable healing. Collectively, we will cultivate an intentional space for growth and connection as we learn new tools to help us build our own moon rituals.

This Moon Circle will focus on:
Breathwork & Meditation: Ground into your body through breathwork and meditation designed for nervous system regulation that prepares the body for release and renewal.

Fire Release Ritual & Set Intentions: Identify and release what no longer serves you in a ritualistic practice. Identify the seeds you'd like to nourish and bloom in the newly arrived Spring!

Soundbath & Integration: Integrate new insights and let go of negative energy, emotions, or mental patterns while simultaneously promoting a sense of rejuvenation within the body and mind through deep relaxation that promotes cellular healing and inner transformation.

What to bring:

Water bottle and journal + pen. Wear something comfortable. Optional: crystals and other spiritual or grounding items.

Meet your co-facilitators:

Jilene Jackson is a multi-hyphenate creative who is excited to use her gifts to make a positive impact in the lives of others. Jilene had a unique journey in her former career in Clinical Psychology working tirelessly to supply critical adult and pediatric mental health services. Being in a healing profession and working as an everyday hero though rewarding, led to burnout and a need to change careers to address her own mental health needs. Transitioning into remote work in Fashion Retail Tech created room for Jilene to begin her healing journey.

Through traditional talk therapy, inner child/shadow work, her personal relationship with Jesus Christ, sound healing, and Psilocybin Mushroom plant medicine, Jilene experienced a spiritual reawakening that has led to transformational healing for herself and all who encounter her. Her spiritual journey has reaffirmed her divine calling as an Earth Angel, a godly light in human form, on a soul mission to use her great empathy and unique spiritual gifts to heal, guide, and inspire positive transformation in all. Jilene desires to be a light and safe space for all to receive compassion and love. Through her commitment to serving others, Jilene is expanding her knowledge and services in providing sound bath healing to help humanity awaken to their own divine nature, higher states of consciousness, and the love of God.

Linnan is a yoga instructor, mindfulness guide, and community cultivator. She's a moon enthusiast and finds power in the grounding energy of the lunar cycles. She strongly believes in intentional collective healing and is dedicated to bringing people together through the healing arts. Her yoga classes focus on mind/body connection through mindfulness and interoception (internal physical and emotional awareness). Using tools such as breathwork, somatic exercises, meditation, and asana students build stronger mind/body connections. Let's heal together!
