We'll gather to slow down and tune back into the wisdom of our bodies, the rhythms of nature, and the cycles and seasons within our own lives. Through guided reflection, conversation, meditation, and ritual, we'll create space to celebrate what is blooming, release what is no longer helpful, and get clear on what truly matters.
This is not about perfection or having it all figured out. It’s about being real, being witnessed, and remembering that we were never meant to do life alone.
Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a mat, journal, and pen.
This 60-minute experience is designed to leave you feeling nourished, connected, and more deeply rooted in yourself.
