Full Moon Circle

Full Moon Circles are intimate, cozy spaces, where we move slowly and intentionally through somatic practices, guided meditation, sound healing, and reflective journaling. Each session is centered around a self-inquiry theme based on the lunar cycle, to honor our cyclical nature and our connection to the Moon phases.

Across many traditions, keeping a practice that follows the Moon cycles is considered an essential part not only for spiritual growth but also for aligning with the lunar energy: the most intuitive, feminine, yin aspects of our being.

Our circle offers a safe, nourishing way to tune in, helping you with:

- emotional awareness

- enhance your intuition and clarity

- listen to your inner voice

- ground, rest and release

At the end we finish with integration so you can leave calmer, clearer, and more open than before.
