Join Rising Phoenix Breathwork for a transformative breathwork journey designed for release and renewal under the full moon. Your breath, like the moon, carries the power to release old stories, wounds, feelings, and habits, creating space for a profound sense of freedom.
Set against a backdrop of healing music from around the world, this session is a sacred invitation to let go and surrender. The music and breath work together, ushering you into a deep meditation.
How you breathe affects your whole body. Proper breathing can help you sleep, lower your blood pressure, improve your immune system and athletic performance while increasing your overall sense of happiness. The Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience is an active meditation that uses the breath to enter into a non-ordinary state of consciousness, creating the opportunity for inner exploration and rest.
This session is guided by Heather, this session invites you to explore the healing power of intentional breathing. Heather’s journey from self-discovery to transformation fuels her enthusiasm to help others embrace the profound benefits of breathwork.
No experience is necessary. Bring a journal, pillow, a yoga mat, and an open mind. Registration is required as space is limited. Please consult with your doctor before doing breathwork if you have any of the following conditions. Pregnancy, have a history of seizures, brain aneurysms, torn retina, glaucoma, untreated high blood pressure, heart disease or are recovering from surgery. If you have extreme PTSD, please consult with your therapist before attending breathwork.
