It assists in releasing toxic thoughts, old energy, habits, and beliefs and offers us the energy to feel, learn from the past, and express our essence. The sun sits directly opposite the moon, which is also a call for balance. Turning to the moon's phases is one way of reconnecting with the universe's natural flow. No experience is needed. All are welcome.
What to expect to learn and experience:
- Learn the astrology sign the moon is in and how to harvest its energy to your advantage.
- Moon Salutations to create space in the body
- Pranayama (breathing exercises) to calm the mind
- Chanting to grasp the positive and divine energies that surround us
- Release and gratitude reflection to let go and inspire positivity
- Guided meditation to center
- Sound bath to enhance the overall experience
Wear comfortable clothing like yoga clothes and bring a yoga mat and a journal or notebook.
