Embrace the energy of the full moon with an evening of reflection, renewal, and reconnection. This ceremony will guide you through Moon Salutations to harmonize with lunar energy, calming breathwork to center the mind, a peaceful guided meditation to encourage insight, and a journaling practice to release and set intentions. Join us in a sacred space to let go, open up, and set intentions for the new lunar cycle. Please bring your yoga mat, water, journal/notebook and pen.
