A Full Moon Ceremony is an opportunity to come back into rhythm with the Moon’s cycles — to pause, reflect, and intentionally release what no longer feels aligned, while creating space for joy to lead the way. Full Moon energy can feel potent: emotions may be heightened, sensitivity can be amplified, and the call to “let go” can be very real (just like the pull of the tides).
This February Full Moon arrives during a powerful seasonal threshold — we’re in the final stretch of the Chinese Year of the Snake, with the Year of the Fire Horse beginning Feb 17.
Together we’ll work with this in-between energy: release, reset, and reconnect — with joy as our compass.
What we’ll do (a gentle arc for the evening)
Grounding + opening circle
Full Moon intentioning + “what I’m ready to release” ritual
Joy creation practices (body-based + heart-led)
Lunar-inspired reflection (with supportive prompts / optional sharing)
Closing integration + take-home intention
This is a warm, trauma-informed space. You’ll be energetically held with care, compassion, and choice. Integration often continues after ceremony — we’ll be available for questions, dialogue, and reflection.
What to bring
Bring anything that helps you feel comforted and resourced:
a blanket or warm layers
