Join us to honour the full moon and to explore our connection to the spirit realm while the veil is this this time of year.
We will do releasing exercises and we will meditate/journey to connect with our higher selves and guides for added support, guidance and perspectives.
Please bring drums or rattles if you have them, a journal, water bottle and a snack to share.
The first 1.5 hour is ceremony, the second half is social.
If weather permits will be outside, please bring a camping chair as I may not have enough for everyone.
