I'm excited to be welcoming back Miranda from Ithaca to collaborate this event with me.
Her ceremonial breath work is amazing!!!!
Ceremonial Breathwork is a collective practice where we set intentions and engage in a guided deep breathing practice accompanied by music. We sync our breath with the rhythm and energy of the music, allowing emotions and energy to flow through us unrestricted, unlocking inner experiences that are often inaccessible. Remember not to eat before the session and approach it with an open mind. You can make the practice your own and choose the level of depth, everyone is welcome! Afterwards, we'll come together for group integration and sharing our individual experiences if you feel open to speaking.
A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to NURTURE YOUR MIND AND BODY.
During a sound bath, you are ‘bathed’ in healing vibrations and sound waves.
These vibrations will bring you to a higher state of mind and restore your whole energy level.
Event details
-We're going to start the event off in silence promoting the reconnection back to the inner self
-Then Miranda is going to guide us through five rounds of ceremonial breath work
-Steven will orchestrate a gong immersion to help wash away whatever comes to the surface from the ceremonial breath work.
-Miranda and Steven will then hold space for an integration circle.

$25 exchange for this event
Bring a blanket, pillow, yoga mat or whatever you need for your comfort. If you don't have these props some can be provided.
Wear comfortable/loose clothing for optimal relaxation!
