Join Emily for a one hour sound bath experience held under the gentle energy of the Full Moon. This candlelit sound journey is designed to help you soften, release, and reconnect with your natural rhythms and frequencies.Using the tones of crystal quartz singing bowls, interwoven with the sound and vibration of supporting instruments, you’ll be guided through an intentional soundscape that cycles energy up and down throughout the body. This rhythmic movement helps to release stagnant or displaced energy, creating space for clarity, balance, and renewal.
As the session unfolds, you’ll be invited to simply rest, receive, and allow the sounds to move through you—no effort needed.
We will close with a gentle, guided meditation inspired by the Full Moon/ Flower Moon, focusing on allowing ourselves to bloom fully—opening to growth, transformation, transition, and the beauty of becoming.
