Full Moon Cacao Ceremony with Sound Healing and Breathwork

Join us for a heart opening Cacao Cermony with the In Harmony Team: Ceremonial Cacao, Copal Cleansings, Guided Breathwork, Sound Healing, and Energy Healing. Our team works together to co-create a safe, sacred space for healing and transformation. Regardless of where you are on your Spritual Path, we guarantee you will leave feeling lighter, more at peace, and full of love.

• Spiritual Items (optional): crystals, malas, oracle cards, etc.

Arrival and Cleansing

• Arrive early for a good spot (6:30pm)
• Check in with a member of the In Harmony team when you arrive
• Receive a 1 on 1 Cleansing with Copal - we use copal resin to cleanse your individual aura/energy field. We also use copal to cleanse the ceremony space and remove any unwanted energy
• Settle into the space! Use this time to call in your intention for the evening, visit and chat with other like-minded individuals, or draw a card from our oracle deck on the altar. You may also place spiritual items on the altar to charge during the ceremony.

Opening Prayer

• Together we will open a Healing Portal for the transmutation of unwanted energy
• What is a Portal? A healing portal is a "Spiritual Garbage Disposal" Imagine a swirling vortex of energy containing the most beautiful colors of the Universe, the most beautiful sounds, frequencies and vibrations. The portal is where particpants and facilitators dump any and all unwanted energies, trusting in the divine to safefly transmute this energy.

Cacao Ceremony

• Prepared with Love, and using only the highest quality ingredients, indulge yourself in a serving of Ceremonial Cacao
• What is Ceremonial Cacao? Cacao is "Spiritual Hot Chocolate" a sacred exlixir that has been consumed for hundreds of years. It is known not only for the myriad of health benefits (antioxidants/minerals), but also for the positive impact it can have on your mood: Cacao activiates the "feel-good" centers in the brain. When consumed ceremonially, this feminine medicine opens the heart center.

Guided Breathwork

• Wim Hof with a Twist! Our own special mix of In Harmony breathwork combines Wim Hof with Dr. Joe Dispenza's breath to bring your body on-line for healing.
• We will guide you through 3 rounds of Breathwork to center yourself and prepare you for the Journey ahead

Sound Healing Journey

• The In Harmony team uses healing frequencies produced by a variety of instruments along with Energetic Touch (Reiki/Quantum Touch) to serve your highest good and intention.
• We use instruments from all over the world: Large Gongs, Alchemy Crystal Bowls, Native Flutes, Cello, Handpans, Healing Voice, Shamanic Drumming, we also perform Medicine Music Songs.
• Note Regarding Physical Touch: The In Harmony team utilzies physical touch to remove energy blockages/unwanted energy stored in the body. Please let us know if you prefer the experience without hands on energy work.

Closing Prayer/Sharing Circle

• A Final Prayer will close our healing portal
• Participants are invited to share from their experience
