Full Moon Cacao Ceremony, Breathwork & Sound Meditation

We are excited to have you for this immersive experience on Saturday, September 26th, 6:30PM - 8PM, to connect with ourselves and others under the power of the Aries Full Moon.
Fall reminds us that letting go is not an ending to be feared - it is part of the natural rhythm of life.
Trees do not cling to their leaves because they are afraid of what comes next. They release what is no longer needed, trusting that something new will emerge in its own time.
The Aries Full Moon offers a similar invitation: to meet change with courage rather than resistance.
This experience is an opportunity to step out of the momentum of everyday life and create a conscious threshold between seasons - closing one chapter with intention so you can enter the next with greater clarity, presence, and space.
We will begin by sharing Balinese Cacao, traditionally enjoyed as a heart-opening and grounding plant medicine. Cacao will offer a gentle way to arrive in the body, connect inward, and set an intention for our time together.
From there, we will move into an embodied breathwork & vocal toning experience, using conscious breath to shift energy, soften holding patterns, and support the natural process of letting go.
We will then settle into a deeply restorative sound meditation, allowing harmonic instruments to carry us into a quieter state.
Together, breath and sound create a bridge between activation and surrender: breath helps us move what is ready to move, while sound gives the body space to integrate, settle, and receive.
We invite you to arrive a when doors open at 6:15PM to get settled in so that we can start the experience promptly. Due to the nature of the event, doors will close on time.
