There are moments when something wants to loosen its grip. Not through force, but through breath. Through being witnessed. And through being met with care instead of judgment.This Full Moon gathering is an invitation to gently turn toward what has been held quietly in the body and the heart. This month carries a focus on shame…as something ready to soften when met with presence and compassion.
We’ll begin with guided breakthrough breathwork to help clear stagnant emotion, release stored tension, and create space for what’s ready to move. Breathwork allows the body to speak in its own language, beyond stories or explanations.
Following our breath journey, we’ll gather for a simple lunar make and take. A hands-on ritual ally you’ll create and take home, offering support and grounding as this lunar cycle continues to unfold.
You only need to arrive as you are. This is a space of care, safety, and respect for your timing.
Come breathe. Come soften. Come remember you don’t have to carry everything alone.
