A Blue Lotus Ritual under the potent energy of the Full Moon ~ This immersive experience is a gentle return to your essence through the ancient and sacred Blue Lotus ~ a flower long revered for its connection to the heart, intuition and divine awareness, this ceremony falls under the energy of the Scorpio Full Moon, inviting emotional release, transformation and deeper connection.
Guided by Amy from Oversoul Healing, this evening blends a beautiful tea ceremony using Ritual Alchemy Blue Lotus tea and oil anointing using a ceremonial oil from SolNest with gentle womb-based connection and movement, a guided meditation journey and live handpan soundscape as the tea gently opens perception and the body feels safe enough to drift beyond the thinking mind.
The evening opens in circle with breathwork, intention setting and anointing, followed by subtle, fluid movement to awaken the womb space ~ the seat of creation and inner knowing. These soft movements and breaths invite you to drop from the mind into the body before journeying inward through Blue Lotus Tea, meditation and sound.
The harmonic tones of the handpan weave through the meditation, grounding the body while opening subtle layers of awareness ~ like ripples across still water.
As the evening gently closes, you’ll be offered a grounding herbal tea and ceremonial chocolate, anchoring you back into your body and the earth ~ integrating the energies of the night with sweetness, stillness and peace.
