Take in the energy of the stars, moon and waves while we practice in front of Lake Michigan.

A Yoga flow and silent walking meditation.

Bring: towel, outdoor yoga mat, blanket, water, layers of clothes, comfortable clothes.

It will be dark when we finish. Put your keys away in a safe place before starting. The less you bring the better in case you can't see all your stuff when it's time to go.🤸‍♀️

What will you want to experience for your life? ⬅️Allow the moon energy to surround your body by being present. Free street parking - Please read the signs. ⚠️Do not park in any Parking Lots! ⚠️They are too far and close at 9pm!

🚙Parking available on either side of Lincoln Memorial Drive.🚘

The street lights are very bright in this location for your walk back to the car.
