October Super "Hunter's Moon!" Another Harvest Super Moon Brighter Longer! Let's hope for good weather conditions and meet at the lake!

Take in the energy of the stars, moon and waves while we practice in front of Lake Michigan.

Check in, pick out tea lights, decorate your space and have fun with it!

Includes: A playful beach yoga flow and silent illuminated walking meditation.

Bring: towel, outdoor yoga mat, blanket, water, layers of clothes, windbreaker, hat, comfortable warmer clothes.

It will be dark when we finish. Put your keys away in a safe place before starting. The less you bring the better in case you can't see all your stuff when it's time to go.🤸‍♀️

The street lights are very bright in this location for your walk back to the car.
