Itâs pay-what-you-can, so you can contribute whatever feels right for you.What to bring: A towel to practice on and water. Feel free to invite a friend for some extra good vibes!

What to Expect:
* Please give yourself at least 5-10 minutes beforehand to set up.
* All are welcome; no experience is needed.
* Suggested donation: $10 (or more if youâre feelinâ generous!)
