Hi Beautiful soul,

I'm Lauren, Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW) and Certified Yoga Teacher, 200hr. I specialize in Destination Yogatherapy sessions. If you're visiting Jacksonville for work, on a staycation, a couple's trip, planning a bridal shower, or girl's trip...and looking for a serene Yoga sesh to find balance in the mind-body-soul...our Destination Yogatherapy session on the beach is for you. We'll begin with a deep breathing to calm our anxious or overstimulated nervous system. Moving into Yoga poses that help release tension, stress, and burnout. Ending with a delightful lavender savasana.
