Full Moon Beach Yoga & Float w/Cathy

Take in the energy of the stars, moon and waves while we practice in front of Lake Michigan. Bring your own float for the sound healing float meditation under the Full Moon!

Admission: In person.

Friday 7/19 starts at 7:00 pm

Saturday 7/20 starts at 8pm

Sunday 7/21 starts at 8pm

Location: Far North end of Bradford Beach on the sand. Meeting roughly between 2450 - 2470 N. Lincoln Memorial Dr.

⚠️Do not park in the lots. ✏️Jot Form Intake to fill out before.

⚠️Weather Permitting! Best to pay the day of, in person esp. if we have sudden inclement weather. No pre-registration. This is a pop up drop in, open to all levels event.

Beach Yoga, walking meditation followed by floating meditation.

Feel free to stay on the sand for the sound healing. This will only happen if the waves are calm.

🤸‍♀️Bring Your Own Float! Plan ahead to pick up a float and have it blown up before the event starts.🧜‍♀️

Consider bringing: A towel, outdoor yoga mat, blanket, water, layers of clothes, comfortable clothes and lake swimwear.

It will be dark when we finish. Put your keys away in a safe place before starting. The less you bring the better in case you can't see all your stuff when it's time to go.🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️

Free street parking - Please read the signs. ⚠️Do not park in any Parking Lots! ⚠️They are too far and close at 9pm!

🚙Parking available on either side of Lincoln Memorial Drive.🚘

The street lights are very bright in this location for your walk back to the car.

Walking meditation to quiet the mind, calm anxieties, reconnect with balance, enhance creativity and self reflection.

The Moon represents the physical as well as the emotional body. The full Moon is a time to be receptive, to take the light and awareness of spirit into your emotional and physical body.

Depending on the weather

And if we have calm waves - we will float under the full moon to healing sound instruments.

Plan ahead to pick up your own float to add to this experience.
