Join us for a magical Full Moon Ecstatic Dance, where movement meets the elements through a beautifully crafted DJ journey designed to awaken the wild dancer within.
Surrounded by sea, sky, and sandunes, we'll gather to celebrate the end of summer on the beautiful Owich Beach through the medicine of dance-wild, free, embodied, and connected.
Dancing outdoors under a full moon lets us o return to the rhythm of nature, to reconnect with our wild and wonderful selves. This is a powerful practice to unearth our aliveness and to let ourselves express, let go, bring forth or alchemise what needs to be met.
This is an invitation to release, surrender and awaken. Expect soul-invigorating, booty-shaking, heart-opening music, with everything in between. Together, we create a welcoming, non-judgmental space to move freely, express authentically, and celebrate our shared humanity through dance.
🌿Our Outdoor Nature Dances
Our outdoor dances offer a sacred container to reconnect with the rhythms of the land and our own wild nature. Here, dance becomes ritual, release, celebration, prayer, play, and transformation.
Join us for an evening of freedom, heartfelt community, and connection with the elements. After the dance, gather around the fire and enjoy a warming chai as we connect and share together. Or indulge in a nourishing post dance chill out at Ty Sawna at high tide( booking required).
Our dancefloor location will be in a secret sand dune away from the crowds, with plenty of space to move with the elements! This dancespace is one not to be missed, a true nature immersion. (expect a 15 minuute walk to our dancefloor from the Ty Sawna meeting point)
🎶What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement journey that supports self-expression, presence, joy, and inner connection. No dance experience is necessary, only a willingness to move.
🤲Our shared agreements
- We dance barefoot whenever possible to ground into the earth.
- We dance without talking on the dancefloor.
- We dance substance-free, no alcohol or drugs.
- We dance without phones or technology, allowing ourselves to be fully present.
The evening begins with a guided somatic warm-up to help us land in our bodies and connect with the land, followed by an eclectic and beautifully curated DJ journey through waves of rhythm, energy, emotion, and release. We close gently with stillness, integration, and a sharing circle.

Dj Venetia will be gracing the decks with fiery, fun and liberating music to celebrate the end of the summer season. Expect a set to fly you high into the sky while bringing you back down to the earth for a grounding full moon release!
🔊DJ Venetia is one of Wales’ most exciting and passionate emerging female DJs, consistently igniting the dance floor with her spicy, playful, and wonderfully unpredictable journeys. Her sets invite dancers to explore their edges, opening space for curiosity, liberation, and the mystery of dance — and life itself.
Trained with the renowned Dance The Medicine school, Venetia has become an inspiration in crafting exquisite Ecstatic Dance experiences. While her music is vibrant and fun, she also weaves in soul-stirring, tender layers of the human experience, using sound to burst us open, bring us home to the body, and ground us back into the earth. Her music drifts between joy and deep presence, guiding us into a sweet surrender🔊

If this is your first Ecstatic Dance or your first sober dance experience know that you are warmly welcome.
This is an inclusive, supportive community where everyone is invited to move in their own way. Together we co-create a space where strangers become community, and where freedom of expression is celebrated without judgment.
🕛Flow of the Evening
4pm – Meet at Ty Sawna at Oxwich Beach (furthest left on the beach) to walk to our secret sanddune dancefloor (15 minute walk across the beach)
4.15pm – Arrival and welcome.
4.30pm – Somatic Warm-Up & Ecstatic Dance Journey.
6.30pm – Closing Circle & Chai Social.
7.30pm - Optional 50 min Sauna at Ty Sawna (Please book this with us,£12 extra)
🚗Parking & Meeting Point
Please park at Oxwich beach Car Park and walk to the furthest left on the beach to out meeting point: Ty Sawna.
Check-in is at 4:00pm sharp. Please arrive on time to pay for parking and be ready to walk together to the sandune dance location.
🎧 Silent Disco Headphones
We dance using high-quality silent disco headphones for a deeply immersive sound experience while respecting the surrounding landscape. Everyone can adjust their own volume for maximum comfort.
📸 Photography
A designated photographer may capture a few photographs or short videos to share the magic of our gatherings. If you'd prefer not to appear in any images, simply let a member of the team know when you arrive.

- Comfortable clothing suitable for movement
- Towel & swimming bather for optional sauna
☂️ Weather Plan
If the Welsh weather has other ideas, we'll move indoors to our beautiful backup venue overlooking Oxwich Bay at Penmaen & Nicholston Village Hall.
Any venue changes will be communicated by email and on our social media channels the evening before the event.

Low-income tickets are available. Please get in touch if cost is a barrier, we never want finances to prevent someone from joining us.
