Join Danielle and lu at the Unapologetically You Studio for an evening of cosmic connection .

we will journey into the meditation and breathwork with ceremonial cacao and intention setting .

Expectation :

• Cacao to open the heart
• connection around astrology and intentions
• Astrology meditation
• Conscious connected Breathwork
• Grounding

For the Session:

• Wear loose comfortable clothing, or something you would wear to an exercise class.
• Avoid eating 2 hours before the session.
• Refrain from alcohol the day of the session.

Breathwork is a safe, yet at times intense practise and is only recommended for individuals aged 18 and older. It is not suitable for pregnant women and certain medical conditions. The following conditions are contraindicated: cardiovascular disorders, convulsive disorders or epilepsy, recent injuries or surgeries, severe asthma (for mild asthma bring your inhaler), history of aneurysms, glaucoma, detached retina, osteoporosis, lung, heart, or spinal issues, severe diabetes and severe psychiatric conditions such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychosis.
