As the first full moon of the calendar year, this lunation asks us to slow down and tend to our emotional landscape before rushing ahead. Cancer, the sign of nourishment, safety, and belonging, illuminates what needs care, softening, and release as we step into the year ahead.
This ceremony will be an embodied, heart-centered space to listen inward, honor what the body is holding, and gently release emotional residue from the past year. Through somatic practice and shared presence, we create space for deeper grounding and inner safety — the kind of foundation that supports all meaningful growth.
Come as you are. Come be held. Come begin the year from a place of nourishment and trust.
In this ceremony, we will:
🧠Explore what this Full Moon illuminates: your thinking patterns, inner dialogue, and truth that’s ready to be expressed
🌬 Use sound and embodied practice to release what should not be carried into the next chapter
✨ Create space for what is emerging—what you’re ready to speak, share, and step into with presence
🎶 Close with a sound healing journey to integrate and anchor the shift

About the Hosts:
Jaime Ehrenberg holds a Master’s degree in Education and an undergraduate degree in Environmental Education, grounding her spiritual work in a foundation of facilitation, pedagogy, and deep reverence for the natural world. With over 25 years of experience in group leadership and transformational spaces, she weaves structure and intuition into every container she holds.
She is trained as a priestess, Reiki practitioner, and sacred space holder. Her work integrates astrology (as an Aquarius sun, Leo rising, and Cancer moon), Human Design (as a 6/2 Splenic Projector), somatic practices, and Earth-based wisdom to support the whole person—body, mind, and soul.
Inga Wilke completed her masters in clinical psychology at the University of Vilnius, Lithuania. Since then, she understood the importance of self-healing. An important part of healing is discovering our authentic self. On her journey, she answered the call to become a tool for healing others.
Today, Inga is sharing her experience as a yoga practitioner and teacher. She is about to get her RYT 500 certification with the main emphasis on yoga therapy. She continues to pursue the goal of inspiring people to seek well-being through healthy movement, breath awareness, energy work, sound, and art therapies.
