◾HYROX Full Simulation at Wolfe Den CrossFit ◾Get ready to take on the full HYROX challenge at Wolfe Den CrossFit in Mornington. This simulation will include every station, giving you a true taste of race day.
📅 Date: Sunday 12 October
⏰Time: Kicking off at 8:00am
🔥Format: This will be run in heats - just like the CrossFit Open! Keep your eyes out for when the heats are released — bookings are a must!
This event is open to both Wolfe Den athletes and the public. Wolfe Den members will receive first access to heat bookings before remaining spots open to the wider community.
For those joining us from outside the Den, please register a drop-in via our website and book into a heat in advance. Walk-ins will not be accepted on the day, so be sure to lock in your spot early.
It’s the perfect opportunity to test your fitness, challenge yourself, and see how your training is tracking.
