In many cultures, the full moon is considered an auspicious time for spiritual practices like meditation and contemplation in large groups.
The Gong is a sacred and timeless instrument of rejuvenation and transformation. Its deep resonant tone has been used for ritual, ceremony, prayer, and meditation and works deeply on the mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.
October's full moon, known as the Hunter Moon or Blood Moon, is intimately tied to the depths of our own internal work and self-reflection. Purge the burdens that have been holding you back from unlocking your true potential with a guided 4-stage journey of transformation, and then allow yourself to surrender into a state of effortless manifestation during a 30-minute gong meditation.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. Our events and classes begin and end on time. To ensure the safety and comfort of our attendees, presenters, and staff, the doors will lock promptly at the posted start time and late entries will not permitted. Please do not knock on the door if you are late and the door is locked.
Black Cat Yoga workshops and events are nonrefundable, and your reservation can only be used for the date it was purchased for. In the event that a workshop or event is canceled by us, participants will receive a full refund or a credit to their studio account. Absence or late arrivals to a workshop or series are nonrefundable.
