As Beltane arrives and the Full Flower Moon rises, you are invited to gather at Revive for a grounding and expansive seasonal Yin Yoga practice.Together we will move slowly into long held yin postures supported by deep breathwork, allowing the body to soften, hydrate the fascia, and gently nourish the joints. The evening will also include meditation, essential oils, and the option to receive gentle Reiki or Polarity Therapy while in posture.
We will also share a custom flower essence, if you feel called, to connect with the vibrant energy of Beltane and the blossoming Full Flower Moon. Our practice will close with twenty minutes of deep rest in the salt cave.
A beautiful pause to replenish the body, quiet the mind, and welcome the beauty of this season. Come celebrate the full moon with us & unwind.
